Methodology: from concept to production 

At Innou, we've structured our process so that each phase contributes to transforming that initial challenge into a tangible and successful product. These are the key stages of our method: product design and development: 

1. Research

Before drawing the first line, we immerse ourselves in exhaustive research: market, trends, users, materials, and technologies. This phase is essential for identifying what problems need to be solved and what opportunities we can exploit. It also allows us to learn from the mistakes of existing products and clearly define the brief. 

2. Concept

From the analysis, we generate ideas and concepts that combine shapes, colors, textures, and materials, always aligned with the client's identity and the end-user's expectations. At this stage, creativity flows, and alternatives are explored that the client may not have imagined, but that open up new possibilities. 

3. Product design

With the ideas clear, the product is shaped using 2D and 3D representation techniques: sketches, digital modeling, realistic renderings, and even initial 3D-printed mockups. Here, the aesthetics are refined and the feasibility and appeal of the concept are verified. 

4. Product development

Once the design is defined, it's time to resolve the more technical aspects: materials, assemblies, tolerances, production, and costs. Here, we work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the product can be mass-produced without sacrificing quality or efficiency. Rapid prototyping and CNC technologies allow us to optimize processes before final manufacturing. 

5. Production

In the final phase, we coordinate manufacturing, always seeking a balance between cost, quality, and delivery times. Our experience with different materials—from plastics and metals to composites and wood—and technologies—such as injection molding, blow molding, and 3D printing—allows us to select the best options for each project.
